Where are your scheduled courses held?

Scheduled in-person courses are held in Downtown Guelph at either our offices or the Guelph Chamber of Commerce. We will let you know where the training will be when we confirm your registration. Scheduled online courses are held via Zoom.

When do your scheduled classes start in the morning? When are you done for the day?

Scheduled courses run from 9am to 4pm with a one-hour break for lunch plus a short break in the morning and afternoon. For in-person sessions, lunch is not provided in order to keep our costs low, but there are many options in Downtown Guelph to find something for lunch!

Can I bring my own laptop to a training class?

Of course! Participants are encouraged to bring a machine they’re already comfortable with to in-person sessions. If you don’t have a laptop, let us know and one will be provided for the day.

How do I pay for my course?

We accept Visa, MasterCard and AMEX, payable the day of training. For corporate clients and large groups, we’re happy to provide terms – all we ask for is a Purchase Order. For online courses, we’ll send you a link to use to pay by Credit Card.

How many people can I expect in my scheduled class?

Small groups learn better so we try to have no more than 6 to 8 participants in each class.

Are the scheduled classes guaranteed to run?

We won’t know you’re interested in a course if you don’t register! Classes can be cancelled if we don’t receive enough registrants, so please register early. We don’t want you to be disappointed!

Will you come to my location to provide training?

We will be happy to come to your location at a mutually-agreeable time. We have a four-person minimum for on-site training. Contact us for a quote!
