Tina has been in the computer business for 35 years, starting out as a programmer/operator and has now been an Instructor for over 30 years. She is a computer systems technologist and is MOS Expert certified. Tina has trained with a few training companies over the years as well as run her own training and consulting business. From a sessional instructor at Mohawk College, to corporate training to doing Boot Camps at Brock University, Tina has a diverse background in teaching in various forums. Her specialties are SharePoint, Access, Project and Crystal Reports. Tina also builds and troubleshoots Access databases. She believes that everyone can learn if you provide an environment of encouragement, patience and fun!
Phil is a Microsoft Office instructor and consultant. He has an extensive knowledge of MS Office, and holds credentials as a certified Microsoft Office Expert. His experience spans 20+ years – most recently as a professor at Conestoga College, teaching in his favourite field – MS Office. His effective communication skills are complemented by his passion and contagious excitement for the subject matter. His career in business related activities and custom spreadsheet designing is extensive. He enjoys a reputation as a proficient computer user, with a propensity to detail.
Marion is recognized as an innovative and organized academic. Over 20 years experience in business management solutions in the office enables her to quickly grasp situations and provide practical problem-solving solutions. Marion is very hands-on; this being attributed to the years of expertise she has gained working with different business sectors. Marion teaches the Microsoft Office suite: Word, PowerPoint and Outlook, specializing in Access, Excel and Microsoft Power BI. In addition, Marion designs, develops, tests and implements custom Access databases and writes code required for Excel automation.
Sonia is a Microsoft Certified Application Specialist at the Master level having over 20 years’ experience training and supporting senior managers, lawyers, accountants, engineers and administrative personnel in Windows, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook, Skype for Business (now Teams), Project and Visio. In addition, Sonia is an expert in designing e-learning material and Quick Reference Guides. As such, she is our online learning specialist for these products. Sonia has worked with the Provincial and Municipal governments as well as multinational corporations.
Warren is a Microsoft Instructor with over 30 years of experience. He provides consulting and training for all levels of Microsoft Applications especially SharePoint, Power BI, Excel & Project. He has a Business Degree from Lakehead University focusing on Human Resources. In the past he drove around in a Mobile Unit providing onsite training. He takes a concept and explains it in a way that everyone will understand.
